Billing
We track our time by the minute and then bill by the hour.
You will be sent an itemised timesheet each Monday for the week prior, and those hours will be deemed as approved if no response is received, and will be processed on the credit card on file on the Friday following that same Monday.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our business model and partnerships with our clients are on a contractless agreement basis. When you join The Leverage Model as a client you reserve the right to cancel your membership at any time.
At any point that you decide to no longer use our services, we will let you know of any outstanding balance that you owe and we will bill your card on file at the next weekly billing period. You will not receive a retroactive refund for the monthly membership fee for that month’s remaining days.
We have a no refund policy. We bill on a weekly basis and you have 4 days to review the timesheets and request clarification, request edits, or approve. You will receive the billing sheet for review on Monday morning. If we do not hear from you within those 4 days during business hours, on the 4th evening (Thursday or early Friday morning) we will run your balance to the card on file in your membership account.
Nondisclosure of Confidential Information
The Leverage Model and its representatives agree that they will not, without first receiving written authorization from our clients during the term of or at any time after the termination of this partnership, divulge to any other person or entity the contents of any records or any other information of any kind relating to the client business or other information relating to the operation of the client generally.
